Meadow Pipit (Anthus pratensis), Great Cumbrae, taken by David Palmar. The pink legs of the Meadow Pipit help to distinguish it from the otherwise similar Rock Pipit, which has dark legs and a greyer plumage. The two species are found together on the shore and neighbouring areas.
