Ballewan Aqueduct, one of the more spectacular structures of the 19th century water pipeline from Loch Katrine to Glasgow, built in 1856 as part of Glasgow Corporation Water Works. The aqueduct is in Spittal Glen below Campsie Dene Road, Blanefield,
