Underfloor insulation, with mineral wool stuffed between the floor joists and held up by a net, is one of the retrofit insulation projects which can be undertaken and can help towards getting an 'A' rating on your energy performance certificate. This insulation was installed by Underfloor Insulation Glasgow. It is part of an effort to make an old house more sustainable, and contribute towards it being carbon neutral i.e making progress towards net zero greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating against climate change.
