Stirlingshire - Dumyat
View south-east from Dumyat. This section of the River Forth is a Special Protected Area (SPA). This ensures the protection of mudflats, saltmarsh and tidal bank habitats for wading birds, ducks and geese like shelduck, oystercatchers, pink-footed geese and many more. Tullibody is the town which can be seen at the bottom left of the photo. Alloa Inch and Tullibody Inch are SWT wildlife reserve. Photo taken by David Palmar

Stirlingshire - Dumyat
A great vantage point from the top of Dumyat, showing the meandering of the River Forth. Starting from the Cambus Pools Nature Reserve on the right, working its way left through the photo surrounding Alloa and Tullibody Inches just off centre, then Black Devon Wetlands, passing both Clackmannanshire and Kincardine Bridges and ending with the inactive Longannet Power Station on the left. It's fair to say that the River Forth is full of both natural and cultural heritage. Photo taken by David Palmar
