Pink purslane (Claytonia sibirica), also known as Siberian spring beauty, is a prolific woodland flowering plant. The flowers are hermaphroditic, meaning that this plant can reproduce by itself and does not rely on pollination. Scanned from a slide taken by CE Palmar in 1981.
